Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item ships to request a return. 

You’ll need the receipt/proof of purchase to ship back with your return. Send an email to info@truroyalu.com for a return authorization or log into your account to use our self-service option Account – True Royal Universe™ (truroyalu.com). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable and $8 is deducted from the cost of your return to cover return shipping. You can always contact us regarding question at info@truroyalu.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
In order to exchange your item, please, make sure the product(s) you received is in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Used products are not able to be retuned or exchanged. If you are unhappy with your products and wish to return your item please contact customer service at info@truroyalu.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This process usually takes two weeks after receiving your return.
