What you should know about Vitamin E

"When it comes to fading dark spots and overall health, vitamin E is one of the greatest natural solution. With its antioxidants and healing properties, vitamin E is a super hero in the health and beauty world."

What is vitamin E and how does it work?

Vitamin E is a group of fat soluble compounds. It includes Tocopherol's, which are compounds found in wheat germ, leafy greens, and other foods with high antioxidants. The vitamin E found in these compounds stabilize the cell membrane. In short, vitamin E is a blend of compounds that allow healthy cell sustainability. Vitamin E is one of the most used oils in the skin care industry and with its fountain of youth effects, it is easy to see why. The rich antioxidants in vitamin E don't only remove dark spots, but also can fight against wrinkles and signs of aging.

This easy to apply anhydrous cream is a great way to soften, smooth, and rejuvenate skin. Over time it will heal ruff dry skin and remove dark spots and scaring. Because this butter is an oil base, it will take a little time to absorb into the skin, but the effects are long lasting. Best applied right out the shower or a night before bed.

How often can Vitamin E be applied to the skin?

According to dermatologists, Vitamin E oils and products that contain vitamin E can be applied to the skin daily/nightly in small amounts.  Healthline.com mentions to apply vitamin E creams or oils at night before bed after properly washing your face/body. This allows it to absorb into the skin fully and work its magic.

Like any cream or skin care product, vitamin E can cause slight irritation if used too frequently or if allergic. The best way to start a new skin care product is by speaking with a dermatologist and/or testing a small area of your body. When applying a new product less is more. You may want to minimize the different products you use at one time.
